Hours: 10–12 hours per week

About the Role
I’m an author and content creator seeking a highly organized, dependable in-person assistant to help execute day-to-day tasks for my personal brand, book launch, and upcoming merchandise projects.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys checking off a to-do list, organization, and hands-on projects. You’ll help turn ideas into action — organizing details, preparing materials, and supporting launches behind the scenes.

Basic Canva skills
Familiar with Instagram/TikTok
Creative mindset + problem-solving ability
Positive attitude and flexible personality

Interest in marketing, communications, or design
Experience with small businesses or content creation
Photography/video familiarity
Responsibilities
Organizing digital files, materials, and supplies
Assisting with merchandise preparation (inventory, packaging, labeling, shipping)
Preparing materials for launches, events, and content projects
Managing task lists and project trackers
Uploading/scheduling social media posts
Simple Canva design tasks (resizing graphics, formatting)
Running occasional local errands or pickups
Helping maintain an organized workspace
